Find out what you’ll learn
Why Sing?
Singing empowers us to discover our voice, build confidence, and express ourselves authentically. At Brandt Voice Studio, training goes beyond technique by nurturing self-awareness, discipline, artistry, and the connection between body, mind, and voice.
What You’ll Learn
Breath Coordination & Support
Learn how breath and support work with your voice to create a steady, efficient sound. You’ll build the coordination to sustain phrases, sing with more ease, and approach demanding music without unnecessary tension.
Vocal technique & health
Develop healthy, efficient vocal habits that support your voice in every style. You’ll learn effective warm-ups, practical exercises, and how to recognize when your voice needs rest or a different approach, so you can sing with more ease and confidence over time.
Resonance, Tone & Vocal Control
Explore how resonance, vowel choices, and vocal placement shape your sound. You’ll develop a clearer, more consistent tone and greater control across your range.
Performance & Artistry
Build the confidence to share your voice in auditions, rehearsals, and performances. Students work on presence, communication, and emotional connection so technique can support expressive, authentic singing.
Range Development
Expanding your range takes patience, consistency, and the right approach. Students work gradually through register transitions to create a smoother connection between low, middle, and high notes while building the coordination needed to extend their upper and lower range with greater control, flexibility, and ease.
Musicianship
Develop the skills that bring music to life, including rhythm, music reading, diction, phrasing, and interpretation. You’ll learn to prepare repertoire with more confidence and make thoughtful artistic choices.

What’s included?
Whether you are singing for the first time, returning to your voice after time away, or preparing for an audition or performance, Amy is here to help you take the next step. Her lessons offer a supportive, individualized space to build healthy technique, explore your artistic voice, and work toward the goals that matter to you.
Your trial lesson begins with a conversation about your singing background, goals, and any questions you may have about lessons or Amy’s teaching approach. The rest of the session is spent singing and exploring your voice together. Amy will listen for your current strengths, introduce a few techniques tailored to you, and help you identify the best next steps for your vocal training.
All new students begin with a trial lesson. The trial lesson fee is $45.
Next Steps
At the end of your trial lesson, Amy will share what she noticed, answer any remaining questions, and help you choose the lesson option that best fits your goals, schedule, and needs.
